Returns

(1) The Buyer shall pay all NFK RESOURCES LTD's reasonable costs and expenses if the Goods suspected to be DOA or Faulty Goods by the Buyer prove not to be DOA or Faulty Goods (at NFK RESOURCES LTD's sole discretion).

(2) Any returns shall be subject to and the Buyer shall comply with NFK RESOURCES LTD's returns authorisation procedures. 

(3) DOA and Faulty Goods shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable OEM’s DOA or Faulty Goods procedures and the Buyer shall comply with the same. 

(4) The Buyer shall be responsible for all transportation and insurance costs relating to returned Goods. 

(5) The Buyer shall have no right to return any Goods delivered in accordance with the Contract.

(6) Goods must be received by NFK RESOURCES LTD within 14 days of NFK RESOURCES LTD issuing a returns authorisation number to the Buyer. 

(7) Once DOA or Faulty Goods are received by NFK RESOURCES LTD, credit will be applied to the Buyer by NFK RESOURCES LTD once goods are inspected upon arrival at NFK RESOURCES LTD’s premises.

Returns Authorisation Form must be completely filled out including invoice and purchase number.
